The Disaster Recovery Center  (DRC) has now closed and transitioned to a US Small Business Association Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC). The SBA opened the center to provide personalized assistance to businesses and residents affected by the Camp Fire that occurred Nov. 8-25, 2018.  SBA customer service representatives will continue to be available to meet with business owners and residents to answer their questions, explain SBA’s disaster loan program and close their approved disaster loans.

As of Tuesday, March 12, the center has relocated from the former Sears site at the Chico Mall to St. John’s Episcopal Church. No appointment is necessary.
