United Policyholders offers a Roadmap to Recovery program that provides support, guidance and resources for fire survivors. You can visit the Roadmap to Recovery program at the Disaster Recovery Center in Chico (old sears building) or online at uphelp.org. You can also call the California Department of Insurance at 1-800-927-4357.
