Registering For FEMA Assistance

UPDATE: The deadline to register for FEMA assistance has passed.

Survivors who registered for FEMA assistance can check their status or update their information on file at www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 800- 621-3362 (TTY 800-462-7585) anytime from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time seven days a week. Multilingual operators are available.

Disaster survivors who have registered for assistance and are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability and use a TTY,  may call 800-462-7585 to update their information or check on the status of the application or appeal. 711 or VRS (Video Relay Service) may also be used to contact FEMA.
